ā€¯Quadranti di Architettura_Cultural event to promote contemporary artistic identity" is a project developed by the town of Pedara with the Association of Contemporary Cultural Spaces.

The award Quadranti of Architecture was founded in 2007 as a project conceived by the architect Gaetano Pappalardo in collaboration with the town of Pedara and the Order of Architects and Engineers in the Province of Catania. The event, which has been a fixture for four years, has created an opportunity for interaction to verify the themes of contemporary architecture in Sicily.

The award was introduced by the president of the jury of Quadranti E. Antony Barbagallo. In the following pictures Francesco Pagliari, a member of the jury, and Franco Purini, winner of Vaccarini award.
