The project of Cottone+Indelicato studio is located in the city centre of Sciacca, in a construction sector in the area of Castello Perollo where Porta San Pietro stood.
One of the objectives of the project is to be in accordance with the historic character of the area.
The intervention occupies a space on the ground floor connected to a courtyard overlooking San Pietro street. The design criterion is to create a multifunctional space for study and meeting.
To improve the natural lighting it was built a large window pivoting door made of glass , protected by a projecting roof made of corten.
The interior is characterized by "Monolite table", anchored to the wall, which for its large dimensions and the black treated iron contrasts with the total white of walls and floor.
